I especially loved the stuffed french toast and the variety of baked goods available throughout the day. The inn has loads of character as it is housed in a 200-year-old building. The decor reflects its rich history beautifully. Our room, the Deluxe Queen Room, was spacious and comfortable, though the floors creaked a bit, adding to the inn's charm. The location is perfect for exploring the White Mountains and only a short drive from Franconia Notch. However, the lack of air conditioning can be a factor during the summer. We managed without it, but I can see how it might be an issue during hotter days. The stairs to our room were a bit steep, which could be challenging for some guests. Overall, a delightful experience with minor inconveniences to consider.
